About Me

I’m Angie, and Changing Pages is the home where I share those things in London and beyond which enhance wellbeing, install calm and help me, and hopefully you too, to live well.

London is a busy, bustling and sometimes overwhelming city. However, you don’t have to look too hard to find tranquility in the quiet, hidden places.

From cultural forays into exhibitions, galleries and museums, visits to book shops and cafes, walking along the  river Thames or running through a beautiful park, I will lead you to places which bring calm and restore equilibrium.  And for those days when you need to escape the city I hope you will enjoy reading about my travels further afield.

A love of books, reading and writing has always been a huge part of my life and  I love to share those books which inspire, nourish and sustain.

My hope is that by reading Changing-pages, you will find something to soothe, calm and inspire you.
