Hot Cross Buns
I know Easter has officially finished but Hot Cross Buns are still going strong and one of my greatest joys during Easter and beyond is a toasted hot cross bun with butter and marmalade. Although they are in the shops way before Easter I only eat Hot Cross Buns for a couple of weeks of the year so it makes them extra special
Birthday Celebrations
My husbands birthday and mine are just over a week apart which is great for celebrations. His birthday was the significant one this year as it had a ‘0’ in it, but mine was on Easter day. We have therefore been able to spread out the celebrations for days with lots of shared meals with both friends and family in both London and Norfolk.
Technical Breakthroughs
I am not a ‘techie’ person by any stretch of the imagination. Creating Changing Pages is certainly the most technical thing I have ever done. I love the writing and the creating but am not so good with the technical bits. This week however I had a eureka moment when I was able to finally fix something I’ve been struggling with for months. You probably haven’t noticed the new headings along the top of the page, bookish pages, travelling pages etc. But when you do I hope that they will make Changing Pages easier for you to navigate. A cause for a little self congratulation I feel!
Spring
Finally it has started to feel like spring. Our garden is bursting with life, daffodils bob proudly, our camellias are in full bloom and the forget-me-nots have started to take over as they always do round about now. Spring always makes me happy.
