Last weekend I was talking about leaden skies and unrelenting rain. This weekend I’m awash with blue skies and very warm sunshine with temperatures hitting 29 degrees in London this week. Isn’t our crazy weather one of the many reasons we love living in the UK.
With the spring finally sprung comes an abundance of blossom. Candy floss puffs of pink, snowball white tufts and gently falling petals are everywhere, and if you are anything like me impossible to resist. This weekend I feel sure I will not going far with out my camera. I am sure where ever you live in the UK at the moment you don’t have to go far to spot blossom. Some of the streets near me and even some of my neighbours gardens have some stunning and rather enviable displays.
However, if you are in London this weekend there are some exceptional places to go. Regents Park is gorgeous at any time of year. I love the Rose Garden in Summer but in spring the blossom is spectacular. Kew Gardens again is pretty at anytime of year and another beautiful place to see blossom. It does get busy though so if you are going I recommend an early visit, when the light is still soft and gorgeous.

What ever you are doing this weekend I hope its lovely!
